Andrew Sandberg serves as Battery Capital's Chief Financial Officer and is actively involved in all stages of the firms investment activity. Prior to joining Battery, he was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank, where he led an advisory practice focused on special situations in M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions. Andrew focused on guiding clients with finance, accounting, valuation, modeling, and industry research advice on $6bn+ of value exchanged over 25 transactions.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he spent over a decade at PwC, LLP advising Fortune 100 clients on tax and accounting issues related to the planning, modeling, and analyzing of 80+ cross-border M&A transactions.
